I am an animal-loving Christian baker living in the Philippines who loves to experiment in the kitchen. I enjoy reading cook books, history and travel books, children’s books and encyclopaedias. I volunteer as a vocational instructor teaching baking for profit to the less privileged in Metro Manila. I love to travel and “taste” different cultures. It’s my dream to bake full time and visit Egypt. My favorite authors are Oscar Wilde, Edgar Allan Poe, Roald Dahl and C.S. Lewis.
